April A-Z Challenge: Veterinarians

When I was a little girl, I wanted to be a veterinarian. I loved animals so much that I wanted to spend my life helping them heal. I used to use my fake doctor kit on my stuffed animals, checking their 'pulses' and listening to their 'heartbeats' and slipping fake bandages over their 'wounds.'

While I no longer want to be a veterinarian, I think I still might want to do something with animals. I'm thinking of looking into zoology, or marine biology, or some similar field of science.
