April A-Z Challenge: Gardening

This year, we have big plans for our garden! We're going to be planting thirteen new trees, three Rose of Sharon bushes, and one Heritage Everbearing Raspberry Bush. We're also planning on planting wildflowers to make our garden more bee-, butterfly-, and pollinator-friendly.

Our 2015 Garden Renovation plans also include painting a second-hand bench we found on a street corner on garbage collection day a few years back, decorating several birdhouses, making a DIY bird feeder, and painting and decorating an old table we found at a garage sale last summer. We might also be getting new Gazebo curtains and a brand-new outdoor tablecloth.
